Bicon Implant Study Club

The Bicon Implant study club is an association of dentists who have an interest in expanding their knowledge in the field of implant dentistry. Dr. Brunsoman and Dr. Schulte co-direct the group’s activities. Any dentist who wishes to attend these meetings is welcome to do so. The study clubs mission is to provide education and experience in using the Bicon dental implant system.

This unique implant system, due to its design, has many advantages over conventional screw-type implants. These include:
- the use of shorter implants that in many situations eliminates the need for extensive bone grafting.
- a bacterial seal which eliminates bone loss at the top of the implant. This bone loss at the top of the implant may cause unaesthetic looking teeth by altering the natural contours of gum tissue.
- the Bevis over-denture attachment system – this attachment system is designed to keep dentures stable therefore, eliminating many of the problems associated with complete dentures.

The Bicon dental implant has over 20 years of scientific data to prove that it works. Thousands of patients have successfully replaced teeth with these implants. Dr. Brunsoman and Dr. Schulte have been using Bicon dental implants exclusively for 5 years and have been very impressed with the results.
